Job Responsibilities
As a Go Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will be leading the efforts at one of our store locations. You will be setting the pace and the example of being a great leader for our retail sales team members and other employees. As the leader of that location, customers and employees will be counting on you every day to set the highest standards in sales, customer service and professionalism. Here is what our successful sales management people excel in every day:
- Recruit, train, motivate and engage retail sales people to drive sales, meet store objectives, provide great customer service and run a business like its their own
- Daily motivating and coaching sales team members to be the very best they can be and to grow their sales skills, customer service skills and management skills
- Managing, tracking, ordering and processing inventory for the retail store
- Overseeing and taking responsibility for all store operations
- Build the Go Wireless reputation in their local communities by being the best retail sales company and provider of customer service in their town.
- Managing and leading a best in class sales team
Job Requirements At Go Wireless, we hold our retail sales management and team members to the highest standards in order to ensure a great working experience for our employees and a great shopping experience for our customers. Here is what we ask of our retail sales management people:
- Sales driven personality
- Ability to engage employees through great leadership training, sales coaching, mentoring and teaching our team how to excel in customer service
- Great Interpersonal skills including ability to listen empathetically, ask great questions and meet people’s needs every day, as our managers have their hand in just about every sale
- Attention to detail as our management is responsible for contract paperwork, employee scheduling, financial documents, pipeline reports, sales plans and banking statements
- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple employee and customer issues at the same time
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and the willingness and ability to work some early evenings and weekend shifts as needed
- Sales management experience in a retail setting strongly suggested
