Job Description
Under the direction of the Credit Call Center Assistant Manager, the Call Center Representative is responsible for taking inbound calls from Home Improvement Sales Project Consultants who are requesting financing on behalf of the Home Improvement customer. This is a seasonal assignment supporting the peak Home Improvement season.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Support project consultants and other internal departments with prompt and courteous customer service across multiple US markets
• Facilitates all aspects of originating consumer credit by functioning as the conduit between Sales and the Lender.
• Call Center Representatives are also depended upon for a thorough knowledge of the credit vehicles offered by Sears HI and for troubleshooting financing issues.
• Supports approximately 1400 project consultants from a credit customer service standpoint.
