Job Requirements

Responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating the various components of the global networkBachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.Seven to 10 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations) in a multitier environment.Very Strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking SkillsMust have extensive experience building scalable, highly available, mission critical network infrastructures Understanding of and experience designing Virtualization (VMware, Citrix, etc.) and Storage (NetApp, EMC) solutions is a big plus. Experience managing large projects with budgets over $1 million.Experience managing projects with staff in multiple locations.Experience managing data center migrations or large IT infrastructure upgrades.Experience managing multiple large, complex projects at once.Experience managing project teams that combine vendor and in house resourcesExposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.Strong leadership skills.Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture.
Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes.
Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
Familiarity with basic graphical modeling approaches, tools and model repositories.
Understanding of the political climate of the enterprise and how to navigate the politics.
Ability to balance the long-term ('big picture') and short-term implications of individual decisions.
Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems.
Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.Characteristics:
