AT&T-Associate IT Project Manager-eCommerceThis is an entry level position within the AT&T Digital Experience PMO. Overall this position has responsibility for the accuracy of the in flight project hours completed vs. estimate to complete which flows into portfolio level reporting and organizational capacity reporting. The main responsibilities of this position will require day to day dealings with project budget analysis, resource level time tracking, understanding of capacity management throughout the SDLC. In addition, this person will be responsible for working with other project managers to ensure that their project plans are input into the Clarity tool correctly and refreshed correctly, as well as working with resource managers to ensure that they are making their updates correctly for each project at the applicable points within the SDLC. Once data accuracy is established, this position will require analysis of budgeted hours per plan against actual hours reported from various sources, with multiple follow-up actions required based on issues found.
Required Qualifications:
• proven work ethic
• proven soft skills in the areas of negotiation, training, & conflict resolution
• on the job experience / classroom experience in budget analysis, statistics, math
• proficiency in MS Excel
• knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• knowledge of project management responsibilities
• excellent written & verbal communication
• degree in business, math, and/or accounting field
