Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Specialist
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the Hyperion team for support and development work that aligns to Information Technology Application strategies across the Financial Planning, Analysis and Consolidations area for a global IT organization. The position will also manage and mitigate risk within the Finance area and implement corrective actions as required.
- Management of the Hyperion Global IT support team to achieve service level agreements and meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain an integrated application portfolio that is reliable, scaleable, responsive to business conditions, and supportive of the IT tactical initiatives for Finance
- Lead the execution of the IT Strategic Plan for all changes in the Hyperion application suite, while ensuring alignment with the overall IT Strategic Plan.
- Liaison to Finance, responsible for coordinating and communication current and future changes to the application environment
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices. Work with the development and support team for delivery.
- Implement flexible and rapid systems development methodology
- Coach, develop and retain a high performing team
