Classification: Loan ServicingCompensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hourOur well respected client in the Banking Industry has several open positions for Mortgage Closers. As the economy picks up, there has been an unprecedented demand for their services and products. Our client is looking to find the right candidates who want to become an integral part of their Mortgage Team. If you are an individual seeking a challenge and career building opportunity, this is the opportunity youve been waiting for. The Mortgage Closers will be responsible for documenting and funding transactions for new loan originations. They will also be responsible for ensuring loans clear conditions set by the underwriters and reviewing proper documentation for clients. The ideal Mortgage Closer will have 3+ years of closing experience and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal Mortgage Closer will possess strong communication, organizational, analytical and customer service skills.
