Job Description
Classification: Graphic DesignerCompensation: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourWe are looking for a web designer to work in Irvington, NY. Please be prepared to supply us with samples of your work. You need to have consumer good experience and/or experience in apparel.Key areas of responsibility:
• Work on all aspects of the image production process including color correction, cropping, color renders, re-touching and re-sizing of images.
• Designing email-marketing campaigns (apparel) for our domestic and international customers. Includes coordination of copy writing, content management as well as facilitating approvals for sign off.
• Design page templates, site navigation, and story boards for our web application.
• Attend website meetings to ensure creative elements are aligned with brand messaging. Brainstorm creative concepts with team.
• Must be able to coordinate work on a variety of projects simultaneously, and have an acute attention to detail.
• Ensures all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before deployment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of web/graphic design + production experience
• Advanced level proficiency in Photoshop on Mac platform.
• Must have previous experience working in apparel
• Expertise in rendering color, fabric, texture for high-end apparel
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with well-developed project management skills.
• Have a demonstrated understanding of web applications, network tools and website functionality.
