Job Description
Classification: Graphic DesignerCompensation: $17.00 to $20.00 per hourThis position will be hands-on creative, working closely with Marketing, Photography Design and IT to ensure deliverables are in-line with high brand standards and best E-Commerce practices. Graphic design skills to include illustration, banner ad creation, logo, packaging, web design and retouching. BA/BS with 2+ years in Graphic Design/Web Design/Artistry. Needs to have a thorough understanding of the fashion retail industry and experience with E-Commerce, product photography, and merchandising. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Must take direction well, be a good listener, work well under tight deadlines, problem solve and be a good communicator. Previous experience with an apparel company a must.
•Must work well under pressure and under tight deadlines and be able to mutli-task on numerous projects
•E-Commerce experience is a must
•Work on a MAC that is provided
•Develop online marketing initiatives including: email campaigns, banner advertisements, homepages for E-Commerce business, lookbooks, design fliers, posters, typography, and newsletters.
