1 Supervisor- 2nd shift – A very progressive Company in Eldon is seeking a 2nd shift Supervisor. Associates Degree and/or documented work experience required, Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred, minimum 1 year supervisory exp. In a manufacturing environment, excellent communication, leadership, planning, organizational skills, cooperative attitude. Supervised by Production Supervisor, supervise hourly production personnel. Will lead the production team to accomplish a balanced metric scorecard to include quality, safety, labor costs, scrap, rework & machine utilization, train production assistants, operators & material handlers, organize , direct & document implementation activities, prepare materials, instruct team members to be able to meet requirement of the quality system, maximize use of all resources, ensure safety, keep accurate & timely production reporting, calculate , monitor & report efficiencies & machine down time. This is a Direct Hire Position- Manpower is the pre-screener call 417-532-1214 for pre-screening process.
