Dynamic law firm in the east San Fernando Valley seeks a talented litigation secretary to join their team on a direct hire basis. Although it is a 2/1 desk, you will on occasion support all other litigators within the practice group (main practice areas: insurance defense and business litigation). It is an eight hour work day with an hour lunch. There is paid overtime, but not onerous. The main attorneys are tough but fair; no screamers at you.

Requirements
- 3+ years of business litigation experience, preferably with experience in PI Defense (representing insurance companies/businesses in defense of premises liability, workers compensation tort issues, etc.).
- Expertise working with Microsoft Word, preferably MS Word 2007.
- Federal E-Filing.
- Heavy dictation and transcription experience.
