Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Process Accident Only product claims; run computer claims report and calculate payable benefits; correspond with claimant and/or physicians for information regarding claim; review and prepare claims for processing; maintain claims information in a database.2. Correspond with customers for resolution of their concerns through outgoing calls or written correspondence.3. Open and distribute department mail.4. Research month end reports.5. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.6. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.7. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested
Requirements
* High School diploma or GED. *•One year of policy service, claims, or customer service experience.• Knowledge of company products and services.• Complete LOMA 1 course.• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.• Experience operating standard office equipment.• PC skills to include Word and ExcelVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
