Job Description
Prestigious National Investment firm seeks a Valuations Analyst Associate.
Top candidates will have strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Must have strong background and experience with the following;
Construct and maintain financial models for proposed investments.
Manipulate models to perform sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Assist in underwriting due diligence, incl. market, operations and financial analysis.
Calculate un/levered IRR, NPV and earnings accretion/dilution.
Help draft investment committee and board of director presentations.
Salary to 80K
