Volt Workforce Solutions has a Direct Hire opportunity available in Raleigh, NC for a Recruiting Manager.
Position Description:
The Raleigh NC Recruitment Delivery Center is looking for a creative thinker with a dynamic personality to join our team as a Recruiting Manager.
This individual will provide leadership for our National Account Delivery team and will be a key contributor to the strategy for the ongoing improvement and development of the Center.
The duties of the position include managing Team Leads as well as hiring and mentoring a large team of Sourcers/Recruiters.
The Recruiting Manager has the responsibility to maintain and increase revenue and profit in the vertical.
The Delivery Center is open 7 days/week and operates under extended hours; therefore, a willingness to work a flexible schedule is required.
This is a Direct Hire, In-House position, through Volt Workforce Solutions, based in Raleigh, NC. We are among the largest staffing companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated companies in the US.
Requirements
Required Skills for this Recruiting Manager position include the following:
- Must have previous Management/Supervisor experience
- Should understand how to operate and thrive in a team environment
- 4-5 years of Recruiting experience essential
- A Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience also considered
