Job Title: High Volume Sourcer
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Retail Staffing: High Volume Sourcing Team The position of Retail Recruiting Sourcer will provide overall recruitment sourcing support for Retail positions. The purpose of this position is to identify viable candidates at all levels for various positions throughout the company. Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate candidate applications and/or resumes in terms of related experience, education, and skills.
Make initial contact and conduct preliminary screenings.
Maintain research findings and update corporate database with details.
Network through LinkedIn and similar portals to find candidates with targeted skills, experience, and potential. Experience Required:
1-5 years of recruitment sourcing experience in an agency or corporate setting (or equivalent).
Individual must be hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proven social networking proficiency including in depth data mining abilities.
