Description
Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional seeking a challenging position within the staffing industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Volt is currently seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to work with our VOLT On-Site team within a globally recognized manufacturing company in Corinth, MS.As the first point of contact on the phones, she/he is responsible for greeting applicants, customers and guests, either in person or on the telephone. The Employee Relations Coordinator assists applicants through the testing, orientation, and interviewing process and works closely with all staff members and client contacts to ensure excellent customer service and employee relations.The chosen candidate will enter all data and information in the system, maintain accurate and timely records, ensure accuracy of payroll submissions and seek to resolve issues in a professional and concise manner. This is a long-term contract position with future opportunity for possible full-time hire for the right candidate.

Requirements
The chosen candidate will meet or exceed the following job requirements:•Associate's Degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Prior certifications or training in Microsoft applications, data entry, payroll, human resources are desired. Relevant experience equivalent to education will be considered.•3-5 years strong customer service and administrative background is required.•3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office applications and database applications.•Staffing or Human Resources experience is HIGHLY desirable.•Payroll processing experience is desirable. Experience with KRONOS payroll system is optimal.•Excellent typing and data entry skills with minimal errors.•Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision making skills.
