Superior Business Analyst Needed!!
My client has experienced tremendous growth in the past several years and needs to add a Business Analyst to their team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing analytics and insights including financial forecasting, business case development and measuring the success of business initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Weekly and Monthly Business Metrics and Financial Reporting to internal and partner teams focused on projecting forward using historical trends
- Analyze sales and retention initiatives to determine impact on the P&L
- Gather and analyze massive amounts of information to develop compelling, insightful recommendations to make product improvements (e.g. pricing, new features, promotions etc.)
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years work experience in consulting, investment banking, or Fortune 500 firm and enjoy working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is required
- Significant financial & strategic analysis experience from a leading investment bank, consulting, Fortune 500 or high growth firm
- Superior analytical skills, good business judgment and ability to communicate & influence across the organization
- Ability to create complex & dynamic financial models in Excel and to manage complex large data sets
- Strong interest in technology and the need for innovation
- B.S. in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Science or Engineering) from a leading undergraduate institution, and a top academic performer
- Superior Excel, Powerpoint, SQL skills a plus
