Established company located in the Lehigh Valley, PA is looking for a Financial Analyst for 2-3 months. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This contract position serves as in the role as an Analyst for the Treasury group. The primary responsibilities are: 1) to assist in managing the daily cash (liquidity) position and 2)will perform daily cash operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include:
1.Track Company’s global cash position including cash concentration, wire receipts and disbursements and account funding.2.Execute daily wire disbursements.3.Coordinate inter company funding with VP-Tax in order to reduce tax exposure.4.Maintain short term and long term cash flow forecast for efficient cash management.5.Maintain bank accounts and assist in opening/closing bank accounts; assist in updating account signatories.6.Assist in issuing performance bonds and letters of credit.7.Track lines of credit, term debt and interest expense.8.Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of treasury operations.9.Comply with Company’s policies related to treasury operational activities.10.Provide back-up support for Treasury Manager.11.Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration concentration required.Experience:
Minimum of one to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Corporate Treasury.Preferred Skills/Qualification Intermediate Proficiency in Excel and Word are required: some knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Access or similar software would be a plus.
Experience with BNY Mellon and JPMorgan Chase bank software would be ideal.
Other Skills:Candidate must possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently, as well as, within a group in a fast paced, dynamic environment.If interested in this position, please respond to the ad, no phone calls please. This is an immediate need.
