Classification: Loan ServicingCompensation: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per yearLarge international financial institution is looking to hire a VP of Real Estate. This company has doubled in size over the past 10 years and has excellent opportunity for growth.
Job Requirements
The VP of Real Estate will oversee all consumer and real estate loan processing and loan underwriting functions. Must have the ability and experience to manage 4 department managers and a total team of 30 employees. This position is a 1st level VP role and reports to the SVP-Assistant Director of Loan Operations, however it's a very hands on position that requires strong analytical/technical skills along with strong operations and compliance experience. Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a mortgage lending environment managing underwriting and loan processing functions. Must have knowledge of underwriting principles, practices, and regulations relating to consumer residential lending. Proven experience with managing a large loan pipeline.Advanced Mortgage Underwriting, Intermediate MS Excel.Accountemps is the world's leader in specialized temporary financial staffing.
