Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment with a 1,000 SKU’s and multi-site plant/warehouse management
- Experience as a Divisional head or #1 Operations person at an organization of over $100,000,000 in sales annually
- 10+ years of leading process improvements and efficiency increases leading to significant profit margin expansion
- Previous responsibility for a production facility managing everything from the front door out to the back dock including production, packaging, QA/QC, warehousing, transportation, IT and HR/Administration
