Customer Returns Specialist-Call CenterJob Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Go Wireless is looking for the right candidates to represent our company and our customers via our call center in Las Vegas. In this highly customized call center we will be looking for candidates with great people skills, the ability to multi-task and follow procedures all while displaying a high degree of professionalism and a good attitude. This position will be based on in-bound calls and the ability to enforce business procedures within the store environment and coaching sales techniques in support of the sales team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from customer regarding returns
- Use of computer to log and track services and outcomes
- Answer phones professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Quickly identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
Other duties as assigned Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service, Call Center experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability work independently and proceed with objectives
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
- Exert professionalism and proper handling with difficult issues
- Experience with Microsoft office and intermediate typing, Excel and computer skills in general
- Strong desire to succeed!
