This company specializes in strategic and tactical business transformation using innovative technologies and integrations. Our engagements are objective-driven, and our outcomes deliver meaningful and sustainable value to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements
Working with technical architects to define architectures and designs from requirements using proven design patterns and best practices
Performing technology build, test, debug, enhancement and implementation activities based on SDLC
Establishing governance and practices for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining technology solutions
Leveraging proven design frameworks to deliver high-quality, scalable, maintaining and performing technology solutions
Assisting in project selection of framework and third party architecture, integration and development frameworks based on relevant requirements, capabilities and technologies
Designing and developing proof of concepts as needed to evaluate products and integration strategies
Driving quality assurance, code reviews, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
Delivering strategic technology adoption roadmaps and blueprints
Identifying and minimizing project risk
Communicating effectively with team members and clients
Traveling 50-100% Monday - Thursday with potential to stay Friday depending on project need
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years technical architecture
5 years application development and delivery
5 years with one or more of the following: Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Glass Fish, Tomcat
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile, XP, SCRUM, RUP or Waterfall, Spring, Struts
5 years with one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, .NET, C#, C++, Sharepoint/InfoPath
One of more of the following: Decision Management, Event Management, Process Management, Data Management, Content Management
Previous consulting experience with a focus on complete technology solution design, development and delivery
