Job Requirements

Responsible for architecture, implementation, management and administration for all MS Windows Server related IT Infrastructure, which consists of MS Windows Server 2003 and 2008, MS Exchange 2003 and 2010, MS Sharepoint, VMWare ESXi, etc.Propose and implement solutions and permanent fixes to remove errors and improve MS Windows Server and virtualization related IT Infrastructure.
Responsible for planning and designing of MS Windows Server and virtualization related IT Infrastructure.
MS Windows Server and virtualization subject matter expert with the ability to investigate and resolve the most complicated issues.
Highest escalation point for MS Windows Server and virtualization related issues.
Impact analysis for required changes, patches and maintenance packs related to MS Windows Server and virtualization environment.
Interact with Clients in regards System Operations related activities.
Interact with Application and Data management teams for Bug Fixes / Releases.
Prepare documentation, including policies for Operations, Security, Application Maintenance and Support.
Position reports to the Head of System Operations.Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in System Operation for MS Windows Server and virtualization infrastructure for client services.
SME for MS Windows Server and VMWare ESXi, SAN, HA technologies, Clustering etc.
