Classification:  Programmer/AnalystCompensation:  $23.75 to $27.50 per hourRobert Half Technology has an immediate contract to hire opportunity for an experienced Programmer Analyst.Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for performing a full range of programming and analytical functions to support the business unit by creating and maintaining applications in an integrated computer network environment.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement PC-based business applications/systems according to existing corporate and development team software development standards and technical specifications, meeting or exceeding the business
requirements
Utilize business requirements and technical specifications to develop business solutions
Produce system documentation during development and maintenance of systems
Schedule jobs to run at required intervals and ensure scheduled jobs run as expected
Import and export data from SQL Server, Oracle, and/or other database platforms as needed, ensuring data integrity 

Job Requirements

Required Minimum Years of Experience
3+ years of experience writing web applications or working as a data analyst, programmer, or programmer analyst
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: .Net, C++,Ajax, HTML, SQL, Visual Studio, Visual Basic
Experience with linked servers (SQL Server and Oracle)
Experience with OpenQuery to non-SQL server data sources
