Classification: Programmer/AnalystCompensation: $47.50 to $55.00 per hourGreat Minnesota based retail Company in the Twin Cities is looking to add to their team! Immediate opening for a Lead .Net Developer with Java expertise to help lead the technical development team in a high profile project based out of Eden Prairie. Responsibilities:
Work with Business Analyst, Business Users & Application Architect to
understand requirements and come up with detailed design
• Ability to quickly learn the business knowledge, technical skills and system
Knowledge
• Understand the business needs and propose improvements in requirements and technical designs.
• Take ownership of the assigned work to deliver on time. Also proactively seek out an additional work when the assigned task are completed
• Develop Critical System Components and generic framework (eg: framework
for caching, java background quartz scheduler jobs, breadcrumbs, etc.)
• Solid understanding of development under multi threaded environment and
managing locks
• Develop client side application components (HTML, .NET Compact, Silverlight and Telerik)
• Develop server side application components (JSF screens, web services, background jobs using quartz, reports, etc.)
• Provide technical direction to team members
• Ensure the team follows the coding and design standards and deliver the high quality product
• Create application builds
• Install applications
