Job Description
Classification: Business AnalystCompensation: $65,454.99 to $80,000.00 per yearPrimary Function: Responsible for all aspects of CRM business management and marketing development. Lead and drive project deliverables based on business needs. Champion the CRM system and manage the business processes and reporting from the company s CRM and other business systems. Coordinate work with business and technical resources and work closely with project sponsors and client resources to ensure timely deliverables. Conduct scope validation workshop and understand business requirement and map them to CRM product features.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following listed below; other duties may be assigned.Assist in the management of CRM strategy and implementation of email based marketing.
Lead segmentation strategy (partnering with analytics and product management teams).
Identify and retain targeted consumer segments, driving targeted contact and offer programs via email and other direct-to-consumer channels.
Review and recommend new CRM system versions, releases and product offerings.
Review and approve requests from CRM system users for enhancements, including approval and monitoring of usage by new users of the CRM.
Work with IT in regards to testing processes and deployment of enhancements and other major changes involving the CRM system.
Set and track targets for retention and reactivation.
Work closely with engineering team to drive business requirements and deliver a world-class CRM infrastructure Experience and expertise:Expertise with Saleslogix, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
� Experience with configuration & management in following processes� Account and Contact Management, Activity Management
� Integrated Reporting (Sales)
� Lead Management
� Opportunity & Pipeline Performance Management
� Quotation and Order Management.
� Marketing plan and Campaign management, Segment builder and data source creation.
� CRM UI configuration.
� Familiar with Interactive reporting (Oracle BI, Cognos, Business Objects, or other.)Functional or business architecture experience with CRM domains.
Ability to thrive in a dynamical, entrepreneurial environment with focus on hands-on execution and deliverables.
Excellent team player able to work with virtual, multi-cultural, global cross functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail to facilitate a close relationship with engineering and business teams.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to large technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience developing and executing successful ROI-driven marketing campaigns
Strong Analytic Skills
Strong understanding of Internet-based customer behavior and direct marketing
Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.
Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
Education and/or Experience:
BS or BA in marketing, technology or related field is required. Hands-on CRM Sales and Marketing implementation experience. Experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and/or sales preferred.
