Job Description
Well respected company is seeking and Accounts Payable Assocaite for their team. The position will report directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, review and enter vendor invoices from branches for accurate and prompt payment.
Correspond, via fax/phone/email with branches and vendors to assist in getting invoices approved and entered for timely payment
Data entry of invoices to prepare checks for mailing
Check run entry, matching, and mailing of checks
Filing of all documents
Inventory/materials experience
Other duties and projects as assigned

Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Good communication (including telephone) skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, follow directions and handle multiple priorities. Must have ability to work and communicate effectively and professionally with other team members, other departments and vendors.
