We are looking for Project Consultants. Specifically, Project Consultants that have experience with in-home sales presentations and are capable of closing. Experience is preferred, but if you are exceptional, we will train.We want goal oriented people, who are the best of the best. Job Requirements
Education/Training:
•High School Education or equivalent preferred.Experience:
•Must possess valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
•Computer proficiency required
•Flexibility to work weekdays in addition to some weekendsRole specific abilities/skills:
•Possess effective written and oral communication skills in contract negotiation
•At all times be cognizant of responsibility to represent the company in a business-like and professional manner at all times which shall include conformance to the Code of Conduct and Sears Ethical Business practices.
•Ability to lift and carry product sample display cases. Occasional lifting of individual sample cases, (depending upon product, sample case weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.)
•Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, twisting, reaching and climbing.
•Ability to drive on average of 750 miles a week. Some markets driving requirements can be in excess of this or may be less than this based upon business need.
•Ability to drive in various weather conditions for long periods of time and in various demographic areas.
•Must be able to access interior and exterior landscapes as well as different levels of terrain while performing duties
•Ability to work hours that can encompass shift into evening time periods.
