They believe each customer interaction is an opportunity to delight, impress, engage and inspire.This is a 4+ month contingent opportunity for a Master Data Analyst at a top global employer.As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing test data for the user acceptance testing. This position will require a high degree of collaborative effort while working with many other global departments. You will be expected to operate with high degree of initiative, and creativity within our client's team using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Gather relevant data for the user acceptance testing and provide recommendations • Perform ad-hoc and re-occurring analyses for testing purposes• Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills• Ability to collect and assimilate data from multiple sources (SAP, front-end systems, etc.) • Ability to work independently• Excellent communication skills • Participate in user acceptance testing • Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills• Identify potential problems by monitoring trends in transaction errors during UAT • Isolate and identify gaps and errors in system functionality during UAT • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure testing needs/data are being addressed• Provide coaching to other teams on test data (i.e. serial number generation)Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
• BA/BS required and/or 2-3-experience performing data analysis in a business environment • Proficient in SAP • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Strong time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environments • Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize as necessary • Team player, reliable and dependable • Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
