Job Description
This is an entry level position that provides support to senior project managers, involved in design and build construction projects throughout the United States. These projects range in size from several hundred thousand to $45 million. Employees previously in this position moved on to project manager and senior project manager position. Other became field superintendents. The position is headquarter based and requires occasional travel.
Job Requirements
This is a position for a recent or spring graduate with a construction management, engineer, or architect degree. Candidates must have had internship experience with a commercial construction company. Experience dealing with such things as scopes of work, RFIs, purchase orders, change orders and other construction documents is important. A high grade point in your major is also required.
The client is looking for an energetic, self directed, ambitious individual, willing to work hard and motivated to take on new challenges.
