Addressing Sustainability issues and incorporating solutions through all levels of Kimberly-Clark is a critical component of our business.Location: Frisco, TX Sales OfficeThe Category Business Analyst II will be responsible for leading the category management process with our Broker accounts located in the U.S. This position requires the individual to generate and execute category insights, strategies and actionable ideas to create sustainable growth working with Broker Main Office and division Category Management teams. Additionally, this individual will lead KC efforts in Retail Operations analytics by providing high quality analysis and insights, and report in a timely and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ needs and expectations. Develop and foster business building relationships that lead to mutually achieving objectives. This position reports to Director of Customer Development, Retail Operations. Incumbents must be able to proactively incorporate customer, brand, and sales team objectives and strategies into the creation and execution of annual category/retail plans. Position requires a thorough and working knowledge of all resources and tools required to complete and present advanced category management related projects. Incumbents also need to be adept at developing and maintaining business building relationships with key customer and Broker contacts. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree and must have a minimum of 3 years of category management experience. Experience in other customer facing sales roles. Sales, Category Management or Space Management experience is required. Incumbents must have a solid knowledge and demonstrated use of data access tools, PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated strong analytical skills. Ability to relocate within the sales organization is beneficial; inability to relocate may limit career opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required. Preferred Qualifications: High level of integrity and great attention to detail.
1-2 years customer management experience handling retail headquarter accounts.
At least 1 years experience with Nielsen applications required.
Microsoft Office, Apollo, Consumer Insights a plus.
