Description
ATTENTION Underwriting Coordinators - VOLT Workforce Solutions has an outstanding opportunity with a large financial institution in Maitland, Florida. The ideal candidate MUST possess recent Mortgage industry experience with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in underwriting. Also will be responsible for mortgage loans of a complex nature including Conventional, FHA, VA, Bond/Housing Authority, and Non-conforming loans. Candidates with a strong processing background may be considered a good fit for this role.
Requirements
- 2yrs min / 5+ years exp highly preferred; BA Degree
- Highly proficient in MS Suite software programs
- Employee time keeping program exp a plus.
- Phone etiquette and professionalism a MUST
- Training will be hands-on and candidates should possess inner compass for quick ramp up.
