Description
VOLT is seeking and an efficient and independent worker. This individual must be highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills. If that is you, we would like to hear from you!Responsibilities:Supporting program management department through a range of analysis activities and administrative duties
Gather and investigate performance data with program managers and report status
Support leadership request for project portfolio information
Gather data analyze information and report on project productivity with leaders
Create and track the monthly schedule performance metric
Facilitate meetings, and maintain project ship schedule
Setup projects in ERP system
Generate monthly project review material and develop presentation
Coordinate program management events
Requirements
SkillsSelf directed, highly motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision
A quick learner with strong analytical skills, ability to independently interpret data, recognize when the data is suspect and investigate to either validate or fix
Skills in understanding engineering processes and procedures
Performing complex analysis of data generated throughout the EPDP lifecycle and understands the intent and purpose of data collection
Skills in the use of complex engineering tools including scheduling software, and Crystal reports for querying databases
