Description
Are you a motivated individual that has a keen interest and background in Customer Service and Data Entry? If so, Volt Workforce Solutions is continuously seeking for talented Customer Service Representatives to showcase EXCEPTIONAL customer service working in a 'close quarter' call center environment.This role will emphasize on multiple functions; order entry of sales orders in a timely manner, creating and updating account information for customers, research information, process purchase orders, provide daily updates and follow up, dispatching calls - liaison between clients and vendors, maintain responsibility of all customer requests, and respond to all incoming calls, emails and faxes.
Requirements
Ultimate candidate should have an established track record in Customer Service or Call Center. Proficient in computerized atmosphere, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must be accurate, able to take direction, learn new methods and adapt working independently or within a team. Ideal candidate should have dispatching or product support knowledge and able to apply critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.
