Customer Service Account Rep
Description
Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with a leading coffee retailer in the Seattle area are seeking a Customer Service Account Rep. This role is a supply chain customer support for the licensed coffee retailer. This position will be assigned to a specific region to support and will interact directly with District Managers, Regional Managers and Regional Directs as well as licensed store personnel. Must have a strong understanding of customer support; "the customer is always right, mostly"; this position is there to help and support, understand the problem and fix the problem. Support the process flow of goods where there are thousands of dollars of products you control daily. Problem is documented through proper channels, contact is made via phone or email with concern or problem. The Customer Service Account Rep is responsible for accessing the problem, figuring out what to do, how to do it, and fix the supply chain problem. Will work at a station with two screens and have 5-6 different software programs running at the same time. May work with inventory, trucking companies and warehouse in order to achieve the end result. Will have latitude and authority to place short-turn product orders with supervisor approval. Requirements
Proven multi-task abilities. Understand customer service and role within that support team. Must have empathy for the stores and desire to help others. Very helpful but not required to have an understanding of basic supply chain process. Would also be helpful if person was familiar with products sold in stores. Must have proven experience at using multiple software programs. Must understand the importance of accurate and timely documentation. Experience with Excel. Oracle a plus. Must be happy and open to embracing technology.
