Reporting to Director of Treasury, this position plays a key role in supporting various key treasury processes and initiates. You will be responsible for providing support for corporate cash and investment management area. The position also includes working on projects that will include our banks and financial partners, our domestic and international Finance operations.
In this position, you will be expected to work collaboratively on all projects within finance functions in an effort to build the treasury infrastructure in a growing business while still responding quickly and soundly to day-to-day needs
Specific Responsibilities:
Manage cashflow forecast, Intercompany funding, foreign currency exposure, letters of credit and relationships with banks and credit card associations
Assist with acquisition and disposition transaction analysis from a financing perspective ? both on balance sheet and joint ventures.
Understand and monitor covenants and structure of all financing agreements including ongoing compliance.
Calculation of credit metrics including ad hoc competitive comparisons.
Assist in preparation of rating agency and other corporate presentations.
Develop capital structure strategy.
Corporate in-house background a must.
Prerequisites:
A Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred; MBA, CFA, CTP is a major plus
A minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in domestic and international treasury with a multinational company
Must have strong accounting/treasury knowledge and an excellent understanding of macroeconomics including foreign exchange currency fundamentals, financial markets and financial instruments.
Salary to 130K+ DOE as well as bonus structure.
