Description
Volt Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a Billing Specialist that are highly motivated and experienced. Volt Workforce Solutions offers full-service staffing and talent management consulting to help local, regional, national, and international companies. Through niche recruiting expertise and project management, VWS delivers solutions in Administrative, Call Center, Technical and Manufacturing.• Communicate amongst different departments in order to gain background information when resolving customer questions or disputes.• Analytically solve problems using a variety of system and information sources.• Calculate credits by using provided job aids.• Must have a professional customer oriented approach• Must be capable of learning multiple data order entry, service establishment, and billing systems• A professional customer focused approach is a must.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with billing systems application and/or dealing in accounts payable• Must be detail oriented and a fast learner while working within a fast paced environment• Excellent time management and analytical skills• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including overtime• Volt is an equal opportunity employer
